At South County Outreach, preventing homelessness means more than providing immediate assistance. It means walking alongside families during difficult times and helping them build a path toward stability.
We are proud to celebrate Daniela Nieto, SCO Case Manager, for being recognized as a 2026 Unsung Hero!
When a family faced eviction following an unexpected loss of income, Daniela provided guidance and support every step of the way. From gathering documentation and connecting the family with resources to developing a plan for stability, her dedication helped them navigate an overwhelming situation with confidence and hope.
Daniela brings that same commitment to her professional growth, balancing a full caseload while pursuing her Master of Social Work degree.
Congratulations, Daniela! Your compassion, perseverance, and dedication reflect the heart of South County Outreach’s mission and the difference one person can make in our community.
