South County Outreach and 23 aligned nonprofits will partner with the Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF) as it hosts Help Them Home, a collaborative Giving Day on April 27 to generate support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Orange County. The 24-hour online effort aims to raise $1.6 million for the participating organizations – all of which offer a range of housing, community outreach, education, and supportive services for Orange County’s most vulnerable residents.
