SCO recognized as Laguna Hills Chamber Nonprofit of the Year

On Friday, January 13, 2023 South County Outreach attended the 2nd Annual Awards Gala & Masquerade Ball hosted by the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce, held at The Hills Hotel.
