South County Outreach exists to end hunger and homelessness in Orange County. We are here to help you prevent the cycle of homelessness and solve food insecurity issues. South County Outreach clients represent all walks of life, every age, and every ethnicity. When times are tough, we are here to ensure your family has the food, housing, and other support they need in order to achieve stability and ultimately, self-sufficiency. Food Program

Our Food Program provides your family with nourishing ingredients and staples needed to make full meals, lunches, and snacks. When you visit our Food Market, you control the cart and what goes in it, just like in your local grocery store. Click here for more information and to apply.

Homeless Prevention

Need help making your monthly rent payment or paying your utility bills? You’re not alone. South County Outreach offers rental and utility assistance, as well as case management, designed to prevent a sudden financial setback from becoming a long-term financial crisis. Rapid Rehousing

The Rapid Rehousing program is operated through partnerships with local apartment communities and landlords throughout scattered site locations in the South Orange County area. The program works toward making each household self-sufficient and eliminates the overwhelming physical and emotional stress of moving from place to place.

Education

Our workforce education program supports clients in attaining stable, living-wage-paying jobs by providing the education and skills needed to set themselves up for success.
