You’re Invited to Our 5th Annual Festival of Trees: NOVEMBER 30, 2018
Each Winter, South County Outreach hosts its annual Festival of Trees fundraiser with more than 200 generous attendees from the community!
You can help South County Outreach bring hope for the holidays to local families in need by joining this enchanted holiday fundraiser. By sponsoring a tree or attending the reception, you will help fund year-round programs that prevent homelessness in Orange County.
In 2017, we raised over $85,000 to help house homeless families in Orange County. We thank everyone who participated for their part in making an impact.
Every spring, South County Outreach hosts our Annual Empty Bowls hunger-awareness fundraiser. We partner with dozens of local restaurants and chefs to provide our attendees with a night of soup tasting, wine tasting, and doing good.
For every 90 cents raised from Empty Bowls, guests help provide much-needed food, housing and other resources for unemployed, under-employed, seniors, veterans, disabled and children in South Orange County.
In addition to having a great time, guests receive a hand-made ceramic bowl crafted by a local student or community member, as a reminder of those who are hungry – and as a reminder that by attending our Empty Bowls they helped fill real empty bowls.
Some of our past restaurant partners include:
Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana in Irvine, Food Chemistry in Irvine, Chef Barbie Flores in Anaheim, California Pizza Kitchen in Mission Viejo, El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, Hanna’s Restaurant and Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita, Hendrix Restaurant & Bar in Laguna Niguel, Mother’s Market in Laguna Woods, Prego Ristorante in Irvine, Rosie Delights, Salt Creek Grille in Dana Point, Sonny’s Pizza & Pasta in San Clemente, Trevor’s at the Tracks in San Juan Capistrano, Urban Grill & Wine Bar in Foothill Ranch, and Villa Roma in Laguna Hills.
