The South County Outreach food pantry has received 7,569 pounds of food collected during this year’s Yom Kippur food drive.

Many thanks to Temple Judea, of Laguna Woods, Temple Beth El in Aliso Viejo, Temple Bat Yahm in Newport Beach and Reform Temple of Laguna Woods. The food drive helps support the food pantry during the busiest time of the year. This year South County Outreach is on track to distribute almost one million pounds of food to hungry local families and individuals.

In addition to contributions from food drives and grocery-rescue efforts, we are also working to stock the pantry with fresh vegetables, fruit, lean meats, milk and other dairy products through monetary donations. For more information, click here.
